  • Took primary hands-on technical responsibility for a largely undocumented healthcare automation environment spanning 400+ Zoho CRM workflows, approximately 150 existing Deluge functions, approximately 15 Zoho Flows, and hundreds of Zapier automations.
  • Built a custom multi-endpoint pVerify REST integration with bearer-token authentication, request and response logic, patient and payer normalization, CRM mappings, and production troubleshooting.
  • Rebuilt fragmented duplicate processing around normalized patient data, product and stage rules, ownership and supplier routing, and a 30-day window; reviewed and corrected issues across approximately 300 recent records.
  • Mapped distinct intake paths across three locations and implemented compression-garment workflows joining Zoho Survey, Sheets, CRM, product logic, documentation, and order processing.
  • Traced failures across intake, insurance, prescriptions, fax and SMS, and fulfillment; improved logging and support procedures, evaluated high-volume Zapier tasks, and trained another employee.
