Owned and modernized a large healthcare automation environment spanning hundreds of Zapier workflows plus Zoho CRM, Zoho One applications, Deluge, REST APIs, webhooks, document workflows, and external services. Worked independently with direct access to business leadership, translating operational requirements into maintainable technical systems.

• Managed and reverse-engineered a complex production environment with hundreds of workflows, workflow rules, and custom functions supporting patient intake, eligibility, prescriptions, documents, orders, and follow-up processes.
• Designed a centralized duplicate-processing system to replace scattered duplicate logic, improving consistency, auditability, and control over ownership, supplier assignment, and request creation.
• Built a custom Zapier integration for pVerify eligibility workflows, including authentication, token handling, request formatting, and normalization of payer and patient data.
• Built and troubleshot prescription and document fax automation across Zoho, document-generation tools, PDF processing, cloud storage, and telecom integrations where standard connector behavior was insufficient.
• Led the systems work required to introduce compression garments as a new product line, integrating the new workflow into existing intake, CRM, request, supplier, and fulfillment processes.
• Prioritized explicit logging, traceability, and documentation so automation behavior could be understood by operations leadership, future technical staff, and outside stakeholders rather than relying on undocumented institutional knowledge.
• Trained another employee on Zapier and Zoho workflows and began transferring system knowledge out of a one-person technical function.

• Built lead-intake, market-data enrichment, prospecting, and document-generation workflows for international securities-backed lending, combining borrower and ticker data with market history, financial metrics, and LTV scenarios to support evaluation of high-value opportunities.
• Designed and prototyped healthcare CRM and integration workflows for Ask Your Primary, including pharmacy-specific QR intake, patient-data mapping, and fax-to-record integration. That engagement led directly to work with Lincoln Health Supply.
• Developed automated content-ingestion and rules-based classification workflows for TheRedZone.org and resolved recurring production performance issues caused by excessive caching.
• Provide project-based integration and workflow automation support for TixWork, a multi-unit operations SaaS platform used across 100+ restaurant locations, with additional contributions to sales and enterprise customer support as needed.
