Supporting an evolving multi-location restaurant SaaS platform through customer-facing technical work, product input and operational guidance.

Became the primary hands-on technical resource for a largely undocumented healthcare automation environment spanning more than 400 CRM workflows, around 150 existing custom functions and hundreds of Zapier automations. The systems supported intake, eligibility, prescriptions, medical records, documentation, orders, fax and customer communications.

• Built a custom multi-endpoint pVerify REST API integration for insurance and patient verification, including authentication, data normalization, CRM mapping and error investigation.
• Redesigned duplicate-processing and data reconciliation logic; audited roughly 300 production records following rollout.
• Mapped intake variations across three operating locations, coordinating product, supplier, owner and exception rules across Zoho CRM, Sheets, Survey and Flow.
• Led systems implementation for a compression-garment product line, from intake and CRM workflows through documentation and order processing.
• Diagnosed cross-system failures with execution logs and record tracing, identified costly redundant processing, improved support documentation and trained a colleague in ongoing maintenance.

• Built securities-backed lending websites and data workflows for High West Capital Partners, Global Stock Lenders and International Liquidity Partners.
• Helped design Ask Your Primary's pharmacy intake, CRM mappings and fax-to-record prototype.
• Developed content-ingestion and classification workflows and investigated caching and performance problems for TheRedZone.
